"This helps prevent surprises and supports a strong negotiating position." When litigation is called for "I have the experience and knowledge to prepare, manage, and effectively present the case to the court, whether it involves complex or basic asset division, custody and parenting time, child or spousal support, domestic violence or any combination of these matters."
"Perhaps the most important qualities Mr. Bender provides to his clients are "experience, knowledge of the law and court procedures, and assertiveness tempered by common sense and an appropriate sense of humor" states Managing Attorney Colin Amos. Brett explains further "I strive to use those qualities to ensure that my clients develop reasonable expectations regarding potential case outcomes and to encourage and facilitate fair and equitable negotiated settlements."
